Before UHMWPE sheets are delivered to customers, manufacturers should conduct detailed inspections.
1. Dimension Inspection - Inspectors check length, width, thickness, and flatness.
2. Appearance Inspection - Surface checked for cracks, bubbles, scratches, and uneven surfaces.
3. Physical Property Testing - Density test, impact strength test, tensile strength test, and wear resistance test.
4. Material Confirmation - Quality report includes material grade, batch number, inspection date, and test results.
