Aerial Lift Outrigger Pads are heavy-duty support pads designed for aerial work platforms, boom lifts, utility trucks, and mobile lifting equipment. They are installed under outrigger feet to increase ground contact area, distribute equipment loads, and improve stability during elevated work operations. Compared with traditional steel plates, plastic aerial lift outrigger pads are lighter, allowing operators to quickly position and remove pads during daily operations.
Aerial Lift Outrigger Pads are used under the stabilizer legs of aerial work platforms, boom lifts, bucket trucks, and utility vehicles to increase ground contact area, distribute loads, and improve equipment stability during lifting operations. They help prevent outriggers from sinking on soft ground such as mud, grass, gravel, and uneven surfaces.
Common materials include UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). These engineering plastics offer high impact resistance, low water absorption, wear resistance, and long-term outdoor durability for demanding lifting applications.
